One-on-one Personal Training
One-on-one personal training can be provided on a ‘one on one’ basis or for another nominal fee (two clients with one trainer), on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, or as often as you require this service.

At Marc Natoli’s personally training we can tailor the sessions to small group training needs, whether it is a circuit, or body weight workout training. No matter your level fitness or age we can tailor a small group session to you, In-home, outdoors, or even online.
Online Personal Training
Online training has changed the way in which we can keep fit, no need for gym fee’s, too busy to leave the house, online training may be for you. Your online training session is alive training session over zoom, FaceTime, What’s app or Skype. The beauty of this option means distance doesn’t matter. Contact Marc today.
What to Expect
A Session will usually last about 45mins to 60mins. Your first session with Marc will be devoted to assessing your fitness level getting a health history and discussing your goals. Marc travels to a location of your choosing, being on the peninsula we have the amazing coat line to train also.
